A brief informal description of the 15 November 1997 Linux meeting.

   About 20 people attended.

   We started at 1 PM. Brian Weyer, Marie Schwerm, and Jian Lu did the
installation, with Brian behind the console. A new slackware linux system
was installed on the old PC, now named guest. To the side of the room we had
warrior for downloading boot and root disks. Remote mounting and installing
went ok, but there were some last minute problems with installing X windows
using XF86Setup. By that time it got close to 4 PM, so we stopped.
