BOOK: Edward B. Burger and Michael Starbird, The Heart of Mathematics, second edition. Key College Publishing, 2005
GRADES will be determined by performance on exams and on homework problems
There will be 4 exams: EX1, EX2, EX3 and EX4. Each exam is worth 10 points.
There will be homework and projects. Participation is required. Total homework plus projects is worth 20 points.
There may be about 4 in-class points
