At the organizational meetings of September 4 and
5 we discovered that our regular meetings will be on
Fridays at 3:15 PM in the Cudahy Hall atrium, 3rd floor.
About this class:
- We learn to solve purely mathematical puzzles, using proofs.
- This class also prepares undergraduate students for the W.L. Putnam
Mathematical Competition, held on the first Saturday of December all across
North America.
- This class is open to ALL Marquette University undergraduates.
We allow others to attend on a case by case basis.
- Registration for MATH 3977 credit is not required if you don't want the
one credit that you may earn.
- Independent of credit for MATH 3977, you can contact me for official
participation in the Putnam Exam.
